Basil. A rich soy based sauce that makes the most of the unique flavour of fresh Thai basil leaves. Served with pepper, onion & Thai long beans with roasted chilli sauce and your choice of chicken, beef, pork or prawn.
Ginger . Prepared with fresh ginger this oyster based sauce is full of flavour. Served with onion, mushroom, black fungus and your choice of chicken, pork or prawn.
Cashew Nut. A combination of cashew nuts, pepper, onion, mushroom, pineapple, carrot in a subtle oyster based sauce that is perfect for those who prefer a gentle flavour. Add your choice of chicken or prawn
Sweet & Sour. Phansit’s own sweet & sour is completely different to the better known Chinese version in that it is well balanced and not too overpowering. It is served with fresh pineapple, onion, pepper, cucumber and tomato and your choice of chicken, pork or prawn

Curries
All of Phansit’s curries are prepared using his own handmade curry pastes, which are made with a combination of fresh & dried Thai herbs and spices to his own recipes. These curries are therefore unique and full of flavour. As they are cooked to order, you can specify how spicy you would like them to be served.

Made with Phansit’s own stir fry sauces these popular dishes are tangy and not at all spicy. A great introduction to the gentle flavours of Thai food.
