Phansit's Kitchen is an award winning*, licensed restaurant situated at the top of Bideford High Street by the Pannier Market. It offers authentic Thai and fusion food cooked to order from an exciting open plan kitchen. The chef/owner, Phansit, is a native of Thailand. Many of his recipes have been handed down through generations and are served in his restaurant often for the first time outside of the family. Open for evening meals the menu is extensive with something for all tastes.
All of Phansit’s dishes are freshly prepared using a mixture of local seasonal vegetables, exotic and imported vegetables and either meat from local farms or seafood from local trawlers. For more information about his suppliers see menus in the restaurant or website: www.phansitskitchen.com
Phansit’s specials board is where you will find Fusion 
and Thai dishes that change regularly according to seasonal availability of produce and his own creative inspiration. These are displayed both in the restaurant and on the website
